I have learned how to appropriately use various tools and equipment for architectural drafting and drawing. I am able to use computer-aided design (CAD) software for drafting tasks, as well as basic document management programs. In addition, I can read and interpret architectural drawing symbols, understand drafting standards, apply appropriate scales, and indicate dimensions accurately. I also have a basic understanding of engineering principles, which helps add value to architectural projects.
