From the course Tourism and Hospitality Management 4.0, I learned the importance of customer experience, service quality, and the use of digital technology in modern business. The course helped me understand that successful businesses are not only about selling products but also about creating satisfaction and trust with customers. I also learned how technology such as online platforms and data can improve business operations and decision-making.

In addition, I gained knowledge about how businesses must adapt to changes in customer behavior and market trends. This made me realize that flexibility and continuous learning are very important in today’s competitive environment.

I can apply this knowledge to my field of Logistics and Supply Chain Management by improving both operational efficiency and customer service. For example, I can use logistics knowledge to manage inventory, transportation, and cold chain systems effectively, while also applying service concepts to ensure customer satisfaction.

For my future business in frozen seafood, I can apply digital tools such as online sales channels, delivery systems, and customer feedback to improve service quality.
