This work summarizes my learning from the course “Healthy and Sustainable Food”.
I learned about choosing healthy food, reducing the risk of non-communicable diseases (NCDs),
and understanding the importance of proper nutrition and sustainable food consumption.
I applied this knowledge in my daily life by selecting healthier food options,
reducing processed food, sugar, and fat intake, and paying attention to food safety
and nutrition labels.
This knowledge can be further applied in the future for maintaining good health
and developing careers related to health, sports, and nutrition for a better and sustainable life.
